What the $125 Service Call Fee Covers

• Technician visit — a licensed Castle technician comes to your home or property
• Inspection — a thorough look at the door, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, opener, and hardware
• Diagnosis — identifying the root cause of the issue
• Simple adjustments — minor adjustments that can be made during the visit

Our $125 Service Call Fee covers the technician visit, inspection, diagnosis, and simple adjustments. If repairs require parts or additional labor, we'll provide upfront pricing before any work begins.

What If My Door Needs More Work?

If your door requires parts or more involved labor — like a spring replacement, cable repair, or panel work — your technician will explain what's needed and provide a written quote before starting. You decide whether to proceed. No surprises.

Is the Service Call Fee Waived with a Repair?

Yes. The $125 Service Call Fee is waived when a more comprehensive repair is agreed upon during the same visit. You pay for the repair, not the call.
